Released an Internal Developer Portal enabling developers to very quickly create a new micro-service from a pre-defined template, inclusive of a complete CI/CD pipeline, underlying infrastructure and working code.

Enhanced the company's security posture not only for the Engineering organization, but also for overall IT by working alongside the IT manager.

Grew the team from 3 to 10 engineers supporting over 60 clients in the Americas. Personally responsible for supporting two of the biggest accounts in the Americas, increased the teams delivery, accountability and overall client satisfaction. The team was able to increase system availability from under 87% to 99.93% for over 63% of the client base.

Supporting 30 clients, four of the biggest accounts in the Americas, was able to maintain SLAs and rarely breach SLOs. In one of the most challenging projects, I was able to reduce the overnight batch processing of one of the biggest banks in LATAM from 15 hours to under 4 hours.
